As a business owner, you can’t know everything. You don’t have to be an expert in everything, you can be a generalist. You need to know enough about each area (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ask the right questions.

If you put quality in, you get quality out. This is what asking quality questions does, it makes your decisions that bit better, because you’re able to analyse correctly and get to the core of a problem/situation.

Taking great actions brings the result you so desire. If you’re taking the right actions, you’ll automatically start improving your results
