• A 90 day planning workshop once a quarter
• Fortnightly business support sessions
• Pre-session workbooks for completion
• Facilitation through the entire 12 month journey, from completing a bespoke 90 day plan for your business to implementing it and getting results
• Tools and templates to help you address any business problem
• Peer group conversation & challenge to discuss the challenges you face and find answers.
• Interim follow-up coaching sessions to help fine-tune your plan and to help with it’s implementation

After this programme you will be ready to graduate to Mentor Club; ready to work with your coach on a highly focused and personalised strategy for your business.

Our 12 month ActionCLUB is for any size of business, whether you’re the business owner with no employees, or part of a large organisation with a large team – all sizes of business get great financial and commercial benefits from this programme.

ActionCLUB kicks off at 9am for 2 hours every other Thursday, starting 8th April (but you can join at anytime!).
